As a collective, we long to create safe, intimate, and redemptive spaces for the soul to heal, restore, and flourish in community with trusted companions. One of the primary ways we do this is through Villages. Here we are invited into places of authenticity and vulnerability as we explore and experience formation, respond to our creativity and serve one another.

Our villages are in a series called 'The Creative Space to Hear'. You are welcome to come and explore on any of the evenings we gather if you're interested to be a part of the village experience.

This JAC series is all about participation and listening. We are going to engage in different creative experiences that level the playing field giving everyone equal footing. We want to add some fun and play, but with purpose that goes beyond the nights’ exercises into carrying out our mission of Form, Create, Serve. As we do, it's our aim and belief that this will establish space for us to hear - God, one another and our own heart. While the focus of our time will be collaboration and community interaction, Kyna Moore will again teach, interspersed over the course of the series. We will meet twice a month on Monday nights for a total of 10 times from February to June. See the dates below.

Come — let’s keep creating the Journey Arts Collective together!

Each topic we look at will last 10 gatherings (2 a month over 5 months). The first gathering is an introduction night for you to hear what we'll be doing and explore whether you want to participate. At the second gathering we'll begin the experience and start meeting in our villages.

To create stability and momentum for your village we are keeping the same people in your group and making a commitment to one another to attend until the topics completion. There will be 8 to 10 people in a village. We will also have a more flexible village for anyone having to come and go due to travel.

At the end of a topic we’ll take a short break before we begin a new theme. When we begin we'll again hold an introduction night that you are welcome to attend. If you want to commit to the new village series we will ask you to register.
